Acceptance of Terms. By using https://greensautodetailing.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Service Description. This Site describes Auto Interior Detailing, Auto Ceramic Coating, Car Polishing, Car Odor Removal, Auto Pet Hair Removal provided by Green's Auto Detailing. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Green's Auto Detailing or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination. Green's Auto Detailing may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

As-Is Basis. https://greensautodetailing.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Green's Auto Detailing makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Green's Auto Detailing arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Green's Auto Detailing from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Law and Venue. MO law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MO.

Updates. Green's Auto Detailing reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
